Visit ClinicalTrials.Gov which is a registry of clinical trials. It is run by the United States National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health, and holds registrations from over 444,000 trials from 221 countries.

EU Clinical Trials Register
The European Union Clinical Trials Register allows you to search for clinical trials that were approved in the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA) under the Clinical Trials Directive 2001/20/EC and clinical trials conducted outside the EU/EEA that are linked to European paediatric-medicine development
